Eligibility and approval
Clipping for the Cabal Clippers Army reward program requires an approved application. Approval can be revoked if a clipper violates program rules or gives admins reason to doubt authenticity.
Clipper Terms

Version 2026-06-v1. You must accept these terms before applying and whenever the current version changes.
View and engagement manipulation gets you removed.
Artificially inflating views or engagement is prohibited. This includes bots, click or view farms, purchased views or engagement, engagement pods, self-viewing loops, or any other manipulation. Violations result in removal from the clipper program, revocation of affected submissions, and forfeiture of associated points or rewards. Admins decide violations at their discretion. Decisions may be appealed once through the appeals process.
Authenticity
Submit only public posts from accounts you control or clearly operate. Use one consistent Telegram identity so admins can connect your application, submissions, and review history.
Content rules
Clips must come from public Jito source material or approved campaign material. Do not make misleading edits that present commentary, jokes, or clipped context as official statements. Follow the platform terms where you post.
Rewards
Approval does not guarantee a reward. Reward review can consider public views, engagement quality, duplicates, fraud signals, source fit, campaign rules, and admin review.
Changes
These terms are versioned. Material changes may require approved clippers to accept the latest version before they can submit another clip.
