Post from the account you control, then paste the public social URL with the approved Telegram username.

Active submissions can appear in the public Creators section with reported views after portal submission and review.
View creators
Every application is visible in Cabal Core. Program owners make the approval decision; moderators can review the queue for context but cannot approve or reject applications in V1.
